What are Referrals?
Referrals let you build campaigns that reward clients for sending friends to your clinic.
The great thing about Pabau's referral program are the customization options. You choose when the reward is triggered: when the friend is added as a client, when they book, or when they complete a paid visit — and what the reward is, either a gift card or something you choose.
You can also add a welcome reward for the new client, and milestone rewards for your top advocates. Every referral is tracked on the dashboard, so you can see who's referring you and what your program is delivering.

Before you start
This guide assumes your Pabau account is already set up, so you have your team members, services, and business details in place. On top of that, Referrals needs:
- Gift cards configured so you can use them as rewards
- Email communications enabled so referrer and welcome messages can be sent. (If you wish to send communications by SMS, please note this will require credits.)
- The default Client Referral marketing source activated
