Showcasing client feedback directly on your website is one of the most effective ways to build trust with potential clients before they even make contact. Pabau's Trust Badges are embeddable widgets that display your clinic's live rating on any page of your website, updating automatically as new reviews come in - no manual updates needed. Each badge links back to your clinic's Pabau-hosted public review page, giving visitors a direct route to read your reviews and helping you turn your reputation into a growth tool.
Step 1: Navigate to Reviews
Log in to your Pabau account and in the left sidebar menu, click on Marketing, then click on "Reviews."
Step 2: Open the Trust Badges Section
On the Reviews page, click on "Trust Badges" to open the badge configuration panel.
Step 3: Choose a Badge Style
Three badge styles are available, each suited to a different placement on your website:
Compact pill: A small, minimal badge ideal for footers, email signatures, or anywhere space is limited. It displays your rating in a concise format.
Stat card: A card-style badge that shows your headline rating figure prominently. Well suited to homepages, about pages, or testimonial sections where you want to lead with your overall score.
Rotating widget: A live widget that cycles through your top written reviews. This style is best placed on key landing pages where social proof has the most impact, such as your homepage or a service page.
Click on the style you want to use to select it.
Step 4: Customize the Badge Appearance
Each badge style has its own colour and theme options. Use the available settings to match the badge to your website's branding - adjust the color scheme so it fits naturally into your site's design.
Step 5: Copy the Embed Code
Once you've selected and customized your badge, copy the embed code provided. This is the code snippet you or your developer will paste into your website's HTML to display the badge.
If you manage your own website, paste the embed code in the location where you'd like the badge to appear - for example, in the footer, on a testimonials page, or on your homepage.
Step 6: Email the Code to Your Developer
If someone else manages your website, click "Email to my developer" to send the embed code and instructions directly to them. This saves you having to copy and forward the code manually.
NOTE: Once the badge is embedded, it will update automatically as new reviews come in. You will not need to update or re-embed the code each time your rating changes.
With your Trust Badge live on your website, visitors can see your real-time rating and click through to your full Pabau review page, helping build trust before they even make contact with your clinic.
