How to View Packages in the Client Card

In this article, we will guide you through the steps to find and manage the packages your clients are using from their client card.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card 

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the page to search for a client. Type at least three letters for the client to appear.

Step 2: Locate the Packages 

Once you open the client card, navigate to the Summary section and click on the Packages tab to access them.

After you open the Packages tab, you'll be able to see both active and expired packages. Here, you can monitor the remaining sessions for each package. By clicking on the three dots next to a package, you can expire it, adjust the package duration, or select "More Details."

Under "More Details," you'll find the sessions, package value, appointment details, and status. For each session, you have the option to either void it manually or transfer the session's value to the client's account using the three dots next to it.

By following these steps, you can easily locate and manage the packages from the client card.
