How to Buy a Package Online

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to purchase a package via your Client Portal at Pabau, allowing you to easily book multiple sessions or services at once.

NOTE: Your clinic decides which options you see, so some of the steps below may look slightly different or be skipped.

A package is a set number of sessions of a treatment, paid for once, usually at a lower price per session than booking them one at a time. In this article, you will learn how to buy a package from your clinic’s online store and how to use your sessions.

NOTE: You need to sign in to buy a package. If you aren’t signed in, you will be asked to when you pay. If your clinic has more than one location, you may be asked to choose one first.

Step 1: Open Packages

  1. On your clinic’s booking page, click Packages in the menu at the top. On a phone, tap Packages under Explore on the booking page.

Step 2: Find the Right Package

  1. Click a treatment group on the left to narrow the list, or use Search packages and Sort at the top.
  2. If a package comes in different sizes, choose how many sessions you want under Choose how many sessions. Each option shows the price per session and how much you save.
  3. Click More info.

Each package shows how long it is valid for, the total price and your saving compared with paying for each session separately.

TIP: Some clinics also sell bundles — several packages together for one price. Click Buy bundle to buy one.

Step 3: Check the Details and Buy

  1. Check the number of sessions, how long the package is valid for and the Terms. You can still change the number of sessions here.
  2. Click Buy now, then enter your payment details and click Pay. To buy other things at the same time, click Add to cart instead and check out from your basket.

A package is paid in full at checkout and doesn’t renew. When the payment goes through, you will see a confirmation, and a confirmation email is sent to you. The package is saved to your account, ready to use.

Step 4: Book Your Sessions

You can book your sessions whenever suits you before the package expires:

  • In your client portal, open My Packages and click Book session on the package.
  • Or book the treatment as usual. At the payment step, choose Pay with package to use a session from your package.

NOTE: A session can only be used on the treatment the package covers, unless your clinic’s terms say otherwise. Check the Terms before you buy.
