How to Cancel Your Pabau Subscription
In this guide, you'll learn how to request a cancellation of your Pabau subscription, what the process involves, and how to export your data before you leave.
Pabau subscriptions aren't cancelled from within your account. Instead, cancellation goes through a short request process, which gives our team the chance to review your account, answer any outstanding questions, and, if you'd like, talk through your options before anything is finalized.
Submit a Cancellation Request
To begin, email the finance team at finance@pabau.com to request a cancellation. In your message, include your account details and, if you'd like, any reasons or concerns behind your decision, so the team can address them directly.
Understand What Happens Next
Once your request is received, a senior team member will review it and summarize the points you've raised. They'll then reach out to schedule a meeting, where you can discuss your feedback and any solutions that might address your concerns before the cancellation is finalized.
Export Your Data
Before your subscription ends, make sure to export any records you'd like to keep, as access to your account will be removed once cancellation is complete.
