How to Assign Services to Price Lists

In this guide, you’ll learn how to assign services to a price list in Pabau.

This allows you to set specific prices for services based on different contexts—such as insurance companies, locations, or special client groups.

Step 1: Access the Price Lists Section

Start by logging into your Pabau account. Go to the Setup section from the left sidebar, then scroll down to "Developer & Other" and click "Objects". From there, select "Price Lists".

Step 2: Select a Price List to Edit

You’ll now see a list of the price lists you’ve already created. Find the one you want to assign services to, click the three dots, then select Edit to open the edit page.

Step 3: Add Services to the Price List

Inside the edit page, go to the Pricing section at the top of the page. You’ll see a list of all available services. You can:

• Use the search bar to quickly find a service

• Browse by category tabs at the top, which match your service categories in the system

Step 4: Add a Custom Price

On the right side of each service, you’ll see a Price field.
Enter the price you want to assign for this service under this price list.

This is especially useful for insurance-based pricing. If a client’s payment is processed under an insurance company linked to this price list, they will be charged based on the custom prices you set here.

Step 5: Save the Price List

Once you’ve added your services and updated their pricing, click "Save" in the top right corner to apply your changes.
