How to Assign Services to Price Lists

This guide will walk you through how to assign specific services to a price list in Pabau.

This is essential when you want to offer different pricing based on context — like billing through insurance, charging by location, or setting custom rates for specific client groups.

Step 1: Access the Price Lists Section

Start by logging into your Pabau account. Go to the Setup section from the left sidebar, then scroll down to "Developer & Other" and click "Objects". From there, select "Price Lists".

Step 2: Select a Price List to Edit

You’ll see a list of all your existing price lists. Find the one you’d like to work with, click the three-dot menu, and then select Edit.

Step 3: Add Services to the Price List

Inside the price list editor, click on the Pricing tab at the top.

Here, you’ll find a full list of services. You can:

• Use the search bar to find a specific service

• Browse by category tabs at the top, which reflect how your services are grouped in your system

Step 4: Add a Custom Price

Next to each service, you’ll see a Price field.

Enter the amount you want to charge for that service under this price list.

This is particularly useful for insurance billing. When a client is linked to an insurance provider associated with this price list, they’ll be billed according to the custom pricing you define here.

Step 5: Save the Price List

Once you’ve finished assigning services and setting custom prices, click Save in the top-right corner to apply your changes.
