Transfer Data from e-Clinic to Pabau

If you're switching to Pabau from e-Clinic, here's everything you need to know about transferring your data into your Pabau account!

The first step is booking a 15-minute meeting with our implementation specialists. During this call, the details of the data migration will be discussed.

Once you've done that, please read through the guide below. It's important to review each section thoroughly, as it outlines your role in the transfer, and what we do for you.

Organizing the Export of Your Account Data with e-Clinic

To perform the transfer, we will need an export of your account data. You can obtain the export by doing one of the following:

• Contact e-Clinic support to export your data. Request a full data export, this will ensure no data is lost. Please note that account exports may be a billable service.
• 🌟Recommended: Provide us with your e-Clinic login credentials so we can export the data for you. 

Any data entered into e-clinic after the export won't be transferred to Pabau and will need to be manually entered after the transfer is completed.

All data entered in the e-clinic software can be seamlessly exported and imported into Pabau. To ensure a smooth transition, you need to either request a full data export from the e-clinic support team or provide our data implementation team with your e-clinic login credentials to complete the export. 

We recommend clinics perform a full data dump when transitioning from e-clinic to Pabau to avoid losing any critical information. By conducting a full data dump, you minimize the risk of data loss or discrepancies that could disrupt your clinic's operations.

This process ensures that all your patient records, appointment histories, and other critical data are transferred accurately and securely. It also helps maintain data integrity and ensures continuity in your clinic's operations.

Going Live with Your Pabau Account

The data import process typically takes about 7-10 business days, depending on the volume of data.

After the data migration is complete, you will have a data validation call with your implementation specialist to review the imported data and confirm its accuracy.

Following this, you will receive a sign-off survey. Once you submit the survey, your implementation specialist will activate your account, and you will receive your login credentials via email.

At this stage, we highly recommend enrolling in the "Get Started" course at the Pabau Academy. This course offers short, bite-sized lessons on the basic setup of your Pabau account. It is split into two parts, each focusing on essential information. As you follow along, you will set up your own Pabau account, learning by doing.

If you have purchased a success package, you will receive an email with a link to book a meeting with our Customer Success representatives, who will assist you in setting up your account.
