How to Add a Photo to an Album

This article covers how you can add a photo to an album on the client card.

Upload a Photo to an Album

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the page and type at least three letters of the client's name. Pabau will filter the results as you type.

Step 2: Switch to the Photos tab

First, expand the Chart/EMR section in the client card. This action will reveal the Photos tab, where all photos related to the client are displayed.

The albums created for the client will be displayed at the top in both Kanban and list view. You can change the views at the top right corner of the page next to the create button. 

Step 3: Upload a Photo into an Album

To upload a photo directly to an album, click on the preferred album. All photos associated with the album will appear. Click on the Create button at the top right corner of the page to initiate the uploading process. 

Photo Upload- You can upload an existing photo from your device. 
Take Photos- You can take a picture and immediately upload it to the client card.

When you click the "Photo Upload" option, a window will appear. Here, you can drag and drop photos from your device to upload them. Alternatively, you can click on the red image icon located at the bottom of the window to select the image from your device.

You can upload multiple images, and once they've finished uploading, a green checkmark will appear on each photo, indicating they're successfully uploaded. You can close the window after the images have finished uploading in the "Close" button at the bottom right corner of the window.

The uploaded images will show in the album immediately. When you hover over them, you can view the date and time when they were uploaded. 

Move a Photo to an Album

Step 1: Locate the Photo 

If a photo has already been uploaded to the client card and you want to add it to an album, start by locating the photos tab under the "Chart/EMR" section. All photos associated with the client card will appear on this tab.

In the photos tab, locate the photo you'd like to add to an album and tick the box that appears at the top left corner of the photo. You can select and move more than one photo at once. This will reveal all actions you can take with the image at the top right corner of the page, including the "Move to" button. 

Step 2: Move the Photo to an Album

Clicking the "Move to" button displays a list of all albums you've created in the client card. From there, you can select the destination album for the photo. This action moves the photo to the selected album immediately, without any additional prompts.

After refreshing the page, you'll see that the photo has been successfully added to the album.
