How to Send Forms Using Custom Email Templates

A step-by-step guide to sending client forms using your custom-built email templates in Pabau.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the screen and type in your clients name. The client will appear on the results, click on their name and you will access their client card.

Step 2: Access the Client's Forms

To access the client's forms, click to expand the "Chart/EMR" tab, and go to the "Forms" sub-tab.

Step 3: Send as Email

To view all available actions you can take with forms, click the arrows icon located on the far right corner of the form to expand it. 

On the top right corner of the form, click on the three dots. This will reveal the option to send the form as an email. 

Step 4: Include Template

When clicking the "Send as email" option, the email window will pop-up with the form attached. You can type in the textbox or use any pre-created templates.

To use a specific template for this email, click the "Templates" option located above the "Send" button. 

All templates you've created in the system will be listed and you can select one by clicking on the template name.

Step 5: Share Form

After you've selected the template and made the desired changes, proceed to click the blue "Send" button to finalize. 

By following these steps, you can now successfully send forms to your clients using your custom-built email templates.
