How to Edit an Open Inventory Count

This article explains how you can review and edit an inventory count on your Pabau account.

Step 1: Navigate to Stock

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to "Stock" in the left sidebar menu. Once you click on "Stock," the "Inventory" tab will appear.

Step 2: Review Inventory

On the Inventory page, you can view all counts performed in your Pabau account and filter them by location.

NOTE: You can only edit an incomplete inventory count to maintain the accuracy of your inventory records.

Step 3: Edit an Open Inventory Count

Click on an open inventory count and click the review button to get started.

Once you're in the process of reviewing the inventory count, you will see two tabs; the first one shows the products you have already counted, and the second one shows products you haven't counted yet.

In the Counted tab, the only action you can take is to remove the count you have added.

When you switch to the uncounted tab, you can count the products that have yet to be counted by clicking on them and typing a number in the field.

After you've counted a product, it will appear on the counted tab and also on the inventory page.
