How to Reinstate a Canceled Appointment from the Client Card (New Client Card)
This article explains how to reinstate an already canceled appointment back into the Calendar.
This article covers the new Client Card, available to selected clinics from August 2026. If your Client Card looks different, see the How to Reinstate a Canceled Appointment from the Client Card (Classic) guide instead.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Start by logging in to your Pabau account. Then click the search bar at the top of the page and type at least three letters of the client’s name — Pabau filters the results as you type. Select the client to open their Client Card.

Step 2: Switch to the Appointments Tab
After selecting the client, open the Appointments tab on the Client Card. This tab lists all the appointments that have been scheduled for the client.

Step 3: Locate the Appointment
Find the cancelled appointment you’d like to reinstate back into the calendar.
NOTE: All cancelled appointments are grouped under the Cancelled tab at the top of the list.

Step 4: Reinstate the Appointment
On the Cancelled tab, a Reinstate button appears on the far right of each cancelled appointment. Clicking it instantly restores the appointment to an active status on the calendar — there is no extra confirmation step.

NOTE: On the other tabs, you can reinstate a cancelled appointment from its three-dot menu instead — select Reinstate. For classes, this option is only available if the client hasn’t already been booked back into the same class.
Step 5: Check the Calendar
To confirm the appointment has been reinstated, click the three dots on the far right of the appointment and select View appointment.

This takes you to the calendar, where you can review the appointment.

By following these steps, you can restore a cancelled appointment to the calendar.
