How to Record an Allergy for a Client
This article covers the process of adding allergies to a client card.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then navigate to the Search bar at the top of the page and proceed to type at least three letters of the client's name. Pabau will filter the results as you type.
Step 2: Switch to the Allergies Tab
You can find "Allergies" when expanding the "Chart" tab on the client card.
Step 3: Click on "Add Allergy"
You can find the "Add Allergy" button at the top right side of the page.
Step 4: Enter the Allergy Details
Upon clicking, you will be prompted to add the necessary details regarding the allergy, such as the allergy type, the severity of the allergy, and its reaction.
There are three options available to add as an allergy type:
- Specific Drug allergy,
- Non-Drug allergy,
- No Known Drug Allergies.
Step 5: Save Changes
After entering the required details, proceed to save the changes made so they will be recorded in the client card.
If you have recorded any allergies, they will be displayed in the Allergies tab.
By following these steps, you will be able to successfully record an allergy into a client card.
