How to Print Out Invoices

In this article, we will guide you through the steps on how to successfully print out invoices directly from a client's card in Pabau, allowing you to provide physical or digital copies to your clients efficiently.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the page to search for a client. Type at least three letters for the client to appear. 

Step 2: Switch to the Financials Tab

After selecting the client, in the client card you will find the "Financials" tab. This tab contains a record of all payments and invoices associated with the client.

Step 3: Locate the Invoice

Under the "Financials" tab, click on the "Invoices" sub-tab. Here, you will see a list of all issued invoices for the client. Browse through the list and click on the specific invoice you wish to print. This will open the invoice details page.

Step 4: Navigate to "Options"

On the invoice details page, hover over the "Options" button located in the top right corner. A dropdown menu will appear, listing various actions you can take with the invoice. Select "Print" from the list to proceed.

Step 5: Print the Invoice

After selecting "Print", a print preview window will appear. Here, you can adjust your printer settings as needed or choose to save the invoice as a PDF for digital records. Once you've configured your preferences, click the "Print" button to complete the process.
