How To Print Medical Forms

This article explains how you can print a medical form from the client card.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the page and type at least three letters of the client's name. Pabau will filter the results as you type.

Step 2: Switch to the Forms Tab

First, expand the Chart/EMR section in the client card. This action will reveal the forms tab, where all forms related to the client are displayed.

Step 3: Print the Medical Form 

Clicking on the medical form you'd like to print will expand the form, revealing the "Print" button at the top. 

By following these steps, you can print a medical form from the client card.
