      How to Personalize Your Staff Profiles with Bios

      In this article, you'll learn how to create and add a bio to your staff profile in Pabau.

      Adding a staff bio to your profile in Pabau enhances your client relationships by providing them with valuable information about your qualifications, experience, and expertise. It helps build trust and rapport, and clients can get to know you better before their appointments.

      Step 1: Navigate to Team

      Log into your Pabau account with your credentials, then expand the Team tab in the left sidebar menu and click "Team" to access your staff list.

      Step 2: Add Bio
      Navigate to the Team page and click on your name to open your profile. Scroll down to the "Personal Details" section, where you can add bio for yourself or for the staff members.

       

      NOTE: The bio will be visible on Online Bookings, and clients will only be able to view it if there is more than one user in the company.
