This article explains how clients can purchase a package/course from the online booking portal.
To enable package/course purchase when booking online, make sure to integrate Stripe into your Pabau account. You will also need to ensure the feature is not hidden when customizing the online booking portal. For more information on how to create packages in your Pabau account refer to this article.Step 1: Navigate to Your Online Booking Portal
Access your online booking portal to get started with the process. You can either access it by clicking on the Book Now button from your website, or you will be able to locate the portal link in your Pabau account in the Online Booking tab.
Step 2: Book a Package/Course
When your clients access the online booking portal, they'll see the header message you've set, a list of categories, any created packages/courses, gift vouchers, and the option for clients to add money to their accounts. More details regarding your online booking portal customization are included in this article. They'll find the packages listed at the bottom of the page.
On the packages page, you'll find a list of all the packages you've created in Pabau. To ensure that your packages are visible on the online booking portal, simply toggle on the "Enable online purchase" option when creating a package.
Click on the box with the number of sessions you'd like to book located under the package name, and then proceed to 'Add to Cart.'
Step 3: Process Payment
When a client already has an account, they will be directed to the payment page. To enter their card details, they need to tick the "Pay with card" method and the fields to enter their card details will show. If they have a card saved already, it shows at the top of the page as a first option. They can also add a tip if you have enabled this option on the policies page.
NOTE: Pabau requires integration with Stripe for payment processing.
After the payment has been processed, you will be able to find the packages under the client's card in the Packages tab.
Another way to promote packages/courses is by adding a widget on your website that will redirect them to the packages page.
