Step 1: Launch Pabau GO App
Start by launching the Pabau GO app on your iOS device and logging in to your Pabau account using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Menu
Navigate to "Menu" at the bottom of the screen and select "Quotes."
Step 3: Use the Search Bar
To search for a specific quote, use the search bar at the top of the screen.
Step 4: Tap to Edit Quote
On the Quotes listing page, you will see all your created quotes in Pabau. To edit the quote, tap on the Quote name, and the following options will show:
- View Quote - see the full details of the quote.
- Edit Quote - edit the information provided in the quote.
- Change Status - update the quote’s progress, for example, from pending to signed.
- Convert to Invoice - convert the quote to an invoice.
- Delete - remove the quote if it’s no longer needed.
To edit a quote, click the Edit Quote option. A pop-up window will open where you can update the quote details. After making your changes, click Next in the top-right corner to adjust any line items. You’ll then reach the review stage, where you can check your updates before clicking Save to confirm.
By following these steps, you can edit your created quotes in the Pabau GO app.
