Enabling review notifications allows you to stay updated on client feedback in real-time. This helps you promptly address concerns, acknowledge positive reviews, and maintain strong client relationships. It also provides valuable insights for improving your services and overall client satisfaction.
Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page. Next, locate your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen and select ''Account Settings'' from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Access ''Account Settings'' and ''Notifications''
Once in the Account Settings, navigate to the ''Notifications'' tab in the left side bar menu. From there, you will see the notifications for ''Appointments''.
Step 3: Set Up "Review" Notifications
Click on the "Appointments" section, where you'll find a list of appointment-related notifications. From here, you can enable notifications to be alerted whenever a client leaves a review for their appointment.
There are two ways to receive notifications for your client's actions: email and Pabau Web.
If you choose email, you will receive a hard-coded email with the details of the action taken. The content of this email cannot be changed.
If you choose Pabau Web, you will receive a notification in the web version of Pabau, specifically in the "View notifications" bell icon right next to your avatar in the top right corner.
Step 4: Save Changes
Make sure to save the changes made to your settings by clicking on "Save Changes" in the top right corner.
