The AI Form feature allows you to upload an existing form and automatically convert it into a Smart Form in Pabau. This helps save time, reduces manual setup, and makes it easier to recreate forms without building them from scratch.

Step 1: Navigate to Forms
Start by logging into your Pabau account. Once you're in, locate the Setup section at your screen's left bottom corner. Within the Setup menu, click on Forms under Clinical.
Step 2: Create a New Form with AI
In the Forms section, select ''Create Form'' to begin creating a form.
Next, from the available options, choose ''Generate with AI'' — the AI Form page will open in a new browser tab.
Step 3: Upload and Generate the Form
On the AI Form page, upload your existing form file. You can upload PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, or DOCX files. After uploading, click ''Generate Smart Form''.
Pabau will automatically analyze your file using AI, identifying all form fields, sections, and any signatures. It will then create a Smart Form that mirrors the structure of your original document, ready for you to review and edit if needed.
Step 4: Review and Save the Form
After the Smart Form has been generated, carefully review all fields, sections, and signatures to ensure everything has been captured correctly.
You can make any necessary edits or adjustments directly in the form to match your requirements. Once you are satisfied with the form, click Save to finalize and store it in Pabau.
By following these steps, you can quickly convert your existing forms into fully functional Smart Forms in Pabau, saving time and ensuring consistency across all your documents.
