This article covers the new Client Card, available to selected clinics from August 2026. If your Client Card looks different, see the How to Extend Package Duration (Classic) guide instead.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Log in to your Pabau account, and from the search bar located at the top of the page, search for the client whose client card you wish to open.
Step 2: Open Packages
Once you’re in the client card, navigate to the Packages tab and find the package you’d like to extend. Click on the three vertical dots on the right, and select Change package duration.
NOTE: Change package duration appears in the three-dot menu for packages in the Active tab. For an expired package, either reopen it first, or open its More Details view and use the pencil icon there.
TIP: You can also open this window from a package’s More Details view — click the pencil icon next to the activation or expiry date.
Step 3: Extend the Package Duration
The Change package duration window offers two ways to adjust the package’s validity:
- Quick extend: Drag the slider to push the expiry date out by 1, 3, 6, 12, or 24 months. The current and new expiry dates are shown side by side, and the start date stays the same.
- Custom dates: Set the Valid From and Valid To dates yourself to override both dates.
Click Save to apply the change. The updated dates will show on the package straight away.
