How to Enable or Disable the End of Day Report Permission for a Role
This article explains how you can restrict or grant access to the End of Day report for a specific role in your Pabau account.
Step 1: Navigate to Team
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the "Team" tab located on the left sidebar menu. Click to expand it and click the "Team" sub-tab.

Step 2: Access the Roles Tab
On this page, click on the "Roles" tab, next to "People."

Step 3: Locate the Features Table
Scroll down to the "Features" section. Here, you'll see a table listing every permission available in Pabau, with a column for each of your roles (e.g. Front of house, Insurance Assistant, Manager, Owner). A checked box means that role has access to that permission; an unchecked box means they don't.

Step 4: Find the End of Day Report Permission
Scroll down to "Can access business company reports" in the Analytics section of the Features list. This is the permission that controls access to the End of Day report.

Step 5: Confirm Your Changes
After ticking or unticking a checkbox, an "Apply Changes" pop-up will appear, letting you know that the changes you made to this role will affect teammates.

A few things to be aware of:
- Changes made here apply to every staff member assigned to that role — not just one individual. If you only want to adjust access for a single staff member, it's easier to do this from their individual Permissions tab instead.
- The Owner role typically has every permission checked by default and can't be restricted, since it's intended to always have full access to the account.
- If a staff member's permissions were previously customized outside of their role, their individual settings may override the role-level setting..
By following these steps, you can control exactly which roles are able to access the End of Day report in Pabau.
