How to Edit Medical Forms in the Pabau GO iOS App

Step 1: Launch the Pabau GO iOS App

Start by launching the Pabau GO app on your iOS device and logging into your Pabau account using your credentials.

NOTE: You’ll be asked to enter your PIN code each time you launch the app. To learn how to create or locate your PIN code, check out this guide.

Step 2: Access Clients

To access you clients, tap the "Clients" icon on the bottom of the screen.

Tap on the client's name and it will reveal a view available options. Proceed to tap "View Profile" to access their client card.

Step 3: Switch to the EMR/Charts Tab

To view all the client's forms, switch to EMR > Forms and all available forms linked with the client will be listed.

Step 4: Edit Form

To edit a Questionnaire, Consent, Treatment Note, or Lab Form, simply tap and hold on the form to open the available options. In this case, select the "Edit" action to proceed to open the form details.

From there, you can add, delete, or modify any text. Once you're done, tap "Save" in the bottom of the screen to apply your changes.
