How to Edit Medical Forms

This article explains how you can edit a medical form from the client card.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the page and type at least three letters of the client's name. Pabau will filter the results as you type.

Step 2: Switch to the Forms Tab

First, expand the Chart/EMR section in the client card. This action will reveal the forms tab, where all forms related to the client are displayed.

Step 3: Edit the Form

Clicking on the medical form you'd like to edit will expand the form, revealing the share button, print button, and three dots. Click on the three dots on the right corner of the page to reveal the Edit option. 

By clicking "Edit," a window will appear where you can edit all fields. After making the necessary adjustments, click the Save Form button at the bottom of the window to save the changes. Any changes made will be reflected in the form on the client card.
