This article explains how to create and sell a custom one time voucher to accommodate specific client requests.
Custom one-time vouchers give you the flexibility to offer personalized promotions, accommodate special client requests, and drive customer loyalty.
Step 1: Navigate to POS
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then navigate to the Create button at the top of the screen next to the search bar. To access the Point of Sale click the Sale option.
Step 2: Select Client
To begin, first select the client on the to right corner. Enter at least three letters of the client name for their client card to show up.
Step 3: Navigate to the Gift Voucher Section
Go to the Gift Voucher section on the left-hand side to view all the gift vouchers you've created in the system. It will also reveal the "Sell a one off voucher" button at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Include Custom Voucher Info
Clicking "Sell one-off voucher" will open a pop-up where you can enter the voucher details:
- Voucher Name: Give the voucher a recognizable name.
- Terms & Conditions: Write any restrictions or special conditions.
- Value: Set the monetary value of the voucher.
- Valid For: Choose the expiration period or set it to never expire.

Appearance: Customize the voucher's look by selecting from the available colors.
- Included Services: Specify which services the voucher can be redeemed for.
Step 5: Add to Cart
Once you're done entering the relevant info, click the "Add to Cart" button located on the bottom right corner of the pop-up screen.
Step 6: Proceed to Payment
Navigate to the "Continue" button at the bottom right corner of the screen to proceed to the payment step.
Step 7: Select the Recipient of the Voucher
To edit the voucher recipient, click the item in the cart to reveal the option to update who can use it. For more information on how a client can purchase a voucher for someone else, refer to this article.
Step 8: Select Payment Method
On the checkout page, choose a payment method and click "Confirm Payment" in the bottom right corner to complete the process.
