How to Copy Data from a Previous Treatment Note

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the page to search for a client. Type at least three letters for the client to appear. 

Step 2: Click on the Create Button

Once you're in the client card, click the "Create" button, represented by a blue plus sign at the bottom right corner of the page.

Step 3: Write a Treatment Note 

The create button will reveal all the actions you can take in the client card, one of which is writing a treatment note.

Step 4: Select Treatment Note

Once you click on the 'Write a Treatment Note' action, all the treatment note templates you've created will be listed. You can use the search bar or apply filters to locate the desired template, then click on it to begin.

Step 5: Click the 'Copy Previous' Button

After selecting the template, click the 'Copy Previous' button at the top right corner to copy all the information from a previous note.

All the information from the previous note will instantly appear in the note you're writing, allowing you to update and modify the details as needed.
 

Step 6: Save the Treatment Note

Once you've added the necessary information, click the 'Save Form' button on the bottom to finalize the action. 

The treatment note will now appear under the Chart/EMR section in the Treatment Notes tab in the client card.
