How to Convert a Quote into an Invoice from the Client Card

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials, then, navigate to the top of the page at the search bar to search for a client. Type at least three letters of the client's name for the client to show up. Alternatively, you can go to the "Clients" tab in the left sidebar menu and find your client there.

Step 2: Switch to the Financials Tab

To access the client's invoices, quotes, payments, and purchased products, select the "Financials" tab from the menu. Then, select the "Quotes" sub-tab.

Step 3: Convert the Quote to an Invoice

Click the three dots on the far right of the quote and select 'Convert to Invoice' from the list of actions. The quote will be instantly converted into an invoice, with all items, prices, taxes, and quantities accurately transferred.
