How to Configure Prescription Forms with Linked Drugs
This article explains how you can set up prescription forms with pre-linked medications for easier prescribing.
Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page by clicking the "Setup" button located at the bottom of the left sidebar menu. Under the Clinic section, find the "Forms" tab.
Step 2: Create/Edit Prescription Form
If you don't have a prescription form created on your Pabau account, proceed to create a prescription form template.
If you already have a template created, use the filter for quick access to your template.
To edit an existing form, simply click on its name to open the template.
Step 3: Link Drug to Form
Navigate to the "Drugs" component and click the pen icon to edit it.
Component settings will open on the right side of the screen, where you can proceed to make any changes. To link a drug to the form, click the "+ Click to add a drug" button and select the drug you want to link.
After selecting the drug, it will show in the component. To save the changes, click the "Save component" button.
To complete the process, click the Save Form button in the top-right corner. The drug will now be automatically linked to the form whenever you prescribe to a client.
You can always delete or edit the linked drug on the far right side of the medication.
