How to Complete Medical Forms in the Pabau GO iOS App

This article explains how you can complete medical forms in the Pabau GO iOS App.

Step 1: Launch the Pabau GO iOS App

Start by launching the Pabau GO app on your iOS device and logging into your Pabau account using your credentials.

NOTE: You’ll be asked to enter your PIN code each time you launch the app. To learn how to create or locate your PIN code, check out this guide.

Step 2: Access Clients

To access you clients, tap the "Clients" icon on the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Complete Intake Form

Once you locate the client, tap on their name and you will view several options, one of which is "Medical History."

Alternatively, you can also first access their client card by tapping the "View Profile" option and proceed from there.

You’ll be prompted to choose from the intake forms you've already created in the system. Simply tap the one you want to use.

The form will then open, allowing you to fill in the fields.

Step 4: Save Changes

After you've filled in the information, proceed to tap the "Save" button at the top right corner to finalize.

The intake completed form will now appear on the client profile under EMR/Charts.
