If a blockout was created as part of a repeating schedule, you can now choose whether to delete a single blockout, a selection of blockouts, or all blockouts in the pattern. This gives you more control and prevents you from accidentally removing the entire series.
Step 1: Navigate to the Calendar
Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, click on Calendar.
Step 2: Locate the Blockout
Once you open the calendar, locate the blockout you want to delete. When you hover over the blockout, the Blockout Details panel will appear, showing information such as the blockout name, time, and duration.
Step 3: Start Blockout Cancellation
To delete blockouts in bulk, select the blockout and choose ''Cancel'' from the available options.
If the blockout is part of a repeat pattern, a modal window will appear showing all blockouts that belong to the same series.
To delete multiple blockouts at once, you can either select all or choose only the specific blockouts you want to remove. Once you’ve made your selection, click ''Confirm'' to apply the changes.
You will then be prompted to confirm your choice once more, with a list of the selected blockouts displayed. Click ''Delete'' to complete the process.
By following these steps, you can quickly and safely delete multiple blockouts at once, helping you keep your calendar organised and up to date.
