How to Assign Price Lists to an Insurance Company

In this guide, you’ll learn how to link a price list to an insurance company in Pabau.

Assigning price lists to an Insurance Company allows you to apply specific service prices when a client’s payment is covered by that insurer—ensuring billing accuracy and compliance.

Step 1: Access the Price Lists Section

You can start by logging into your Pabau account. Go to the Setup section from the left sidebar, scroll down to Developer & Other, and click "Objects". Then select Price Lists.

Step 2: Select a Price List to Edit

You’ll see a list of all the price lists you’ve created. Find the one you want to link with an insurance company, click the three dots, and select "Edit" to open the edit page.

Step 3: Go to the Rules Section

Inside the price list editor, click on the "Rules" section at the top of the page.
On the far right, you'll see the Select insurer or company toggle, which needs to be turned on. This displays all the insurance companies already created in your system.

Step 4: Select the Insurance Company

Click on the name of the insurance company you want to assign.
A checkmark will appear next to it, confirming that it's now linked to the selected price list.

Step 5: Save your Changes

After assigning the insurer, click "Save" in the top right corner of the screen.

Linking price lists with insurance companies ensures that the correct service prices are applied automatically when billing insured clients. This reduces manual errors and helps your clinic stay compliant with insurer agreements.
