How to Add Attachments to Client Notifications

In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to add attachments to client notifications.

You can include files such as PDFs or images as attachments to client notifications like appointment confirmations and reminders. This functionality works for both standard and custom client notifications.

Step 1: Access Client Notifications

Log into your Pabau account and navigate to "Setup" in the left sidebar. Once there, click on "Communications" under the "Marketing & Communication" section and select "Client Notifications."

Step 2: Choose a Notification

Find the notification you wish to modify and click on it to open the editing modal.

Step 3: Add Attachments to Standard Notifications

If you are using standard notifications, stay on the "Settings" tab in the Builder, which is selected by default.

Scroll to the "Attachments" section and click on "Add attachments." In the pop-up that appears, click on "Upload files" and choose the file you want to attach from your computer.

Once uploaded, you will see the attached file displayed in the email preview.

Step 4: Add Attachments to Custom Notifications

If you are working with custom notifications, switch to the "Custom" tab in the Builder. From there, follow the same process for uploading and attaching files to the notification.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

After adding the desired file, click on "Save" to update the notification template. The file will now be included as an attachment in the emails whenever the notification is sent to clients.
