Step 1: Navigate to Online Bookings
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page where you will find "Online Booking" under the Services section.
Step 2: Customize the Online Booking Portal
After you're on the Online Booking page, click the 'Customize' button on the right to modify your online booking settings.
Step 3: Require Form to be Completed as Part of Booking
When customizing the Online Booking portal, go to the General tab and select the option to 'Require form to be completed as part of booking.' Be sure to tick this option and save your changes by clicking 'Save changes' in the top right corner.
Next, link your forms to the relevant services to ensure they are requested during the online booking process by following the steps provided in this article.
This setup ensures clients fill out medical forms for their booked service before they finalize the booking.
Step 4: Completing Forms
When a client books a service that requires a form, the associated forms will appear in the final step of the booking process. All forms completed and saved by your clients will be accessible in their client card.
They can be found in the Forms tab under the Chart/EMR section, along with any other forms that you have saved in their client card.
