How to Delete a Service Category
This guide provides detailed instructions on deleting a service category in Pabau.
Step 1: Navigate to Services
Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, go to Setup, then click on the "Services" button under "Services".
Step 2: Access the Categories Tab
Once in the "Services" section, switch to the "Categories" tab. Here, you will find a list of existing service categories.
Step 3: Select the Category to Delete
Locate and click on the specific category you wish to delete. This action opens the details for the chosen category.
Step 4: Disable the Active Toggle
Within the category details, disable the "Active" toggle. This action reveals the "Delete" button.
Step 5: Confirm Deletion
After disabling the "Active" toggle, click on the "Delete" button. A prompt will appear, asking if you want to delete the category. Click on "Yes, Delete" to confirm the deletion.
