Document-Based Lab Results allow clinics to see all lab results for a client in one place. Whether results arrive through integrated lab feeds or are uploaded as documents, Pabau automatically recognises them and moves them to the Documents section in the client card. This ensures all lab results are consolidated, making reviewing client histories faster, more accurate, and more efficient.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Log in to your Pabau account using your credentials. Once logged in, use the search bar located at the top of the screen to search for the specific client whose client card you wish to modify.
Step 2: View Document-Based Lab Results
Lab Tests
In the client card, the ''Lab Tests'' section shows all lab results associated with the client. This includes results received directly through integrated lab feeds as well as any other lab data that the system recognises. Everything that appears here will also be automatically transferred to the Documents section, so you don’t need to move anything manually.
Documents
Any lab results uploaded as documents - such as PDFs or scanned reports are automatically recognised by Pabau and moved to the ''Documents'' section in the client card. You no longer need to manually transfer files, and all lab-related documents are automatically consolidated in one place.
Document-Based Lab Results keep all lab information in one place, automatically organising both uploaded and integrated results. This gives you a complete client history at a glance, making it easier to review results quickly and accurately.
