Add-ons let you offer clients meaningful enhancements to their treatments - without creating a separate service for every variation

What are add-ons?

An add-on is a customizable option group attached to a service, giving clients or staff a set of choices when booking or selling.

Each option can adjust the service's price, duration, and resource requirements when selected. Instead of creating a separate service for every variation, you build the enhancements once on top of an existing service - keeping your service list clean and prompting staff and clients with the right options at the right moment.

Key things you can do:

  • Offer optional upgrades as a natural way to increase the value of a booking
  • Set required selections so essential extras are never missed
  • Adjust price, duration, and resources automatically when an option is chosen
  • Control how many options a client or staff member can select
  • Reuse add-on templates across multiple services
