Tips for Getting the Most Out of the Quotes Page

  • Use filters to narrow results – For example, filter by ''Status'' to see only quotes that are pending approval, or filter by ''Expiration Date'' to follow up before quotes expire.

  • Search smarter – Use the search bar to find quotes by client name, quote number, or even partial keywords from the quote title.

  • Organize your view – Show or hide columns based on what’s most relevant to you (e.g., hide ''Date Signed'' if you only want to track pending quotes).

  • Track performance by location – Filter by ''Quote Location'' to see which clinic is generating the most value from quotes.

  • Monitor individual staff performance – Filter by ''Quote Owner'' to review the conversion rates of different team members.

  • Save time with custom views – Save commonly used filters (e.g., “Quotes expiring this week”) as a custom view so you can pull them up instantly.

  • Sort to spot priorities – Sort by ''Expiration Date'' or ''Quote Amount'' to prioritize high-value or time-sensitive quotes first.

By following these steps and tips, you’ll be able to efficiently manage your quotes, making it easier to track potential sales and stay organised.
