Tasks in Pabau 2

This article is a guide to navigating Tasks/Activities Pabau 2. We will cover the similarities and improvements on this feature.

Tasks have been revamped in Pabau 2. Alongside a major overhaul in functionality, they've also been rebranded as Activities.

Their overall visibility and accessibility have been improved. Tasks, now Activities, can be found in the left sidebar alongside the other main directories, compared to a sidebar menu on the right-hand side of Pabau Classic.

Now, instead of a sidebar, Activities have their own page. 


It's easier to filter between scheduled activities, overdue, completed or even view a specific period. 

More importantly, Activities now have activity types - you can differentiate between a scheduled call, admin work, or anything of the sort. You can create custom activity types to document every detail.

Another improvement is regarding the due date - activities can be scheduled on a from-to basis, taking into consideration activities with flexible timings or ones that stretch over a period.

Tasks created against clients/leads are visible on their client card/lead profile in Pabau 2, with the same method as in Pabau Classic.
