Step 1: Navigate to Automations
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, expand the marketing tab in the left sidebar menu. This will reveal the "Automations" tab.
Step 2: Switch to the Design Tab
When creating a new automation, you can use the Pabau AI tool while designing the template.
The AI tool will appear once you drag and drop certain components into the design page. It is represented as a green "magic" button that offers numerous ideas and options for your automation template.

How to Add Smart Headings Using the Pabau AI Tool
Step 1: Drag and Drop the Heading Component
Start by locating "Heading" in the design tab under "Content" when creating a new email automation. To utilize Pabau's AI tool for headings in your automation, drag and drop the Heading component into the design page.
Step 2: Generate a Smart Heading
Once the heading appears on the design page, click on it to reveal the "Magic Button" on the right side of the screen. Click "Get Suggestions," then type a heading. Click "Get Suggestions" again to generate alternative headings you can use.
Pabau AI suggestions will be listed below for you to choose from. If you're not satisfied with the results, click the "Refresh Results" button to generate other headings. To change the tone of the heading, use the "Select Tone" option.
Clicking on any of the suggestions will apply to the heading component on the design page.
How to Add Smart Buttons Using the Pabau AI Tool
Step 1: Drag and Drop the Button Component
Start by locating the "Button" component in the design tab under "Content" when creating a new email automation. To utilize Pabau's AI tool for buttons in your automation, drag and drop the button component into the design page.
Step 2: Generate a Smart Button
Once the button appears on the design page, click on it to reveal the "Magic Button" on the right side of the screen. Click "Get Suggestions," then type a button text. Click "Get Suggestions" again to generate alternative button texts you can use.
Pabau AI suggestions will be listed below for you to choose from. If you're not satisfied with the results, click the "Refresh Results" button to generate other button texts. To change the tone of the heading, use the "Select Tone" option.
Clicking on any of the suggestions will apply to the button component on the design page.
How to Generate Smart Text Using the Pabau AI Tool
Step 1: Drag and Drop the Text Component
Start by locating the "Text" component in the design tab under "Content" when creating a new email automation. To utilize Pabau's AI tool for text in your automation, drag and drop the text component into the design page.
Step 2: Generate Smart Text
Once the text component appears on the design page, click on it to reveal the "Magic Button" above the component. After typing click the "Smart Text" button to enhance the quality of your text.
You will be prompted to specify why you want to use Pabau AI for the text. Clicking on any of the options listed will update your text accordingly.

How to Generate a Magic Image Using the Pabau AI Tool
Step 1: Drag and Drop the Image Component
Start by locating the "Image" component in the design tab under "Content" when creating a new email automation. To utilize Pabau's AI tool for images in your automation, drag and drop the image component into the design page.
Step 2: Generate a Magic Image
Once the image component appears on the design page, click on it to reveal the "Magic Button" on the right side of the screen. Click "Generate Image," then type an image description you want to generate.
Provide a detailed description of the image you want to generate. As the description's accuracy improves, the percentage will increase and turn green. At this point, you can press the enter key to generate the images.
If the text is not very descriptive, Pabau AI will generate additional descriptions. You can then choose from these suggestions, which are more accurate to the image you want to generate. Or you can choose to proceed with the same description you've added by clicking the "Proceed Anyway" button on the bottom right corner.
Step 3: Choose Image Style
You can select a theme for the generated image from the options provided or click the "Generate" button in the bottom right corner to create images in various styles rather than specific ones.
The generated images will appear, and you can select any of them to upload. If you are not satisfied with the generated images, you can click the "Regenerate" button to generate new ones.
The Image will be uploaded to the design page once you click on it.
