For the use of labels for marketing campaigns to be effective, make sure that you have created all client labels relevant to your business, and that all of your clients have the appropriate labels assigned. 

Step 2: Create Your Campaign

Next, start creating an email campaign or an SMS campaign. When you get to the Audience tab, choose the "All Clients" option to target everyone in your database. Then, in the "Tags" section, pick the labels you want to include in your campaign. This ensures your message goes only to clients who have the respective labels assigned within their client cards.

Step 3: Send or Schedule the Campaign

Proceed to the fourth step of the newsletter creation process, and send the campaign right away or schedule it for a later time.
