Step 1: Access your Pabau account
Login to your Pabau account and click on "Dashboard," and then on the top right corner, click on the hyperlink. It should be named after the tier you're currently using and will provide quick access to the business plan options. For example, if your tier is Enterprise, the hyperlink to the business plan will be named "Enterprise."
Step 2: Manage Subscriptions
The default window that opens is the "Manage Subscriptions" tab, where you can find the necessary tools to update your plan.
Step 3: Access, Manage and Upgrade Subscription
Navigate to the "Active subscriptions" section. From there, you can change or choose the plan that's right for your practice by clicking on the "Change" button. A menu will open up with the subscription options for you to choose from. Alternatively, you can manage users using the same button.
If you’re looking to switch to a yearly plan for additional savings, you’ll see long-term options like the 12-month, 24-month, and 36-month plans. Simply select the plan that works best for your practice.
By following these steps, you will be able to upgrade your subscription plan.
