How to Set Your Passcode

Step 1: Log into your Pabau account

To begin, log into your Pabau account and locate your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings and Security

Select "Account Settings" from the menu that appears after clicking your avatar. Once in Account Settings, proceed to the "Security" tab.

Step 3: Set Your Passcode

In the "Passcode" section, establish a four-digit passcode if you haven't already. If you wish to change your passcode, replace the existing one with a new four-digit passcode.

Step 4: Save Changes

Complete the process by clicking "Save Changes" in the top right corner of the Account Settings page.

When You'll Need to Use Your Passcode

In the Pabau GO app, you’ll be asked to enter the passcode each time you open the app or when a patient completes their part of the client journey and hands the iOS device to you for taking photos and creating treatment notes.

You'll also be prompted to enter the passcode to lock and unlock your calendar.
