Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page by clicking the "Setup" button
Step 2: Access Business Details
Under the Business section, find the "Business Details" tab.
Step 3: Switch to the Security Tab
To access the security options, navigate to the "Security" tab located on the left side of the screen.
Step 4: Activate 2FA
At this stage, you can find the 'Force 2FA' tab listed in the security tools. Proceed to enable 2FA, if you need step-by-step instructions on activating 2FA, refer to this guide.
Step 5: Select Delivery Priority
Once you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your Pabau account, you can view the option to choose how you receive your verification code at login.
This choice lets you select the primary delivery method that best suits your workflow and security preferences.
You’ll see a dropdown labeled “2FA Delivery priority” with two options:

SMS (Text Message) — Receive a one-time verification code sent to the mobile number associated with your account.

Email — Receive a verification code sent to your registered email address.
Click on the dropdown and select 'Email' as your preferred method.
Step 6: Save Changes
Ensure to click the 'Save Changes' button at the top right corner of the screen to finalize.
By following these steps, you can select email as your primary 2FA method.
