How to Resolve an Account Restriction Notice in Pabau
This article explains what the account restriction notice means and how to resolve it to regain full access to your Pabau account.
If you see the following message in your Pabau account:
"Notice! Your account access will be restricted completely in X days. You will not be able to access your account."
This means there is an overdue balance on your account due to a failed payment. Your account will not be closed permanently — this is a billing issue that can be resolved quickly.
Why does this happen?
This notification appears when a scheduled monthly payment has failed. This can happen if the card on file has expired, has insufficient funds, or has been replaced.
How to resolve it

Option 1: Retry the existing card
If you believe the card on file is valid, contact the Pabau Finance team at finance@pabau.com and request that the charge is retried on the existing card.

Option 2: Update your payment method
If you still have access to your account (banner is showing but you can log in), you can update your card details directly by following the steps in this article: How to Update Your Card Details for Your Pabau Monthly Subscription. Once updated, please inform the Finance team at finance@pabau.com so they can process the outstanding payment.
If you no longer have access to your account, please fill out the form below and confirm to the Finance team at finance@pabau.com once completed so they can update your billing details and retry the charge:
