How to Remove a Saved Card from the Client Portal

In this article, we’ll walk you through removing card details you’ve saved in the Client Portal.

Step 1: Access Client Portal

Start by opening the Client Portal using the link provided by your clinic, then log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Book an Appointment

Once you’ve logged into the Client Portal, proceed to book your appointment online. For step-by-step instructions, refer to this guide.

Step 3: Proceed to Payment 

Once you've selected the service, practitioner, location, date, and time for the appointment, you can proceed to the payment step.

Step 4: Remove Card Details

If you have saved your card information previously, when clicking the Pay with Card option, your card will appear. Click the "Use different card" button to manage your saved card/s.

You’ll see options to add a new card or delete an existing one. To remove a saved card, click the red “Remove Card” button — this will delete it from your account, and it will no longer appear as a payment option.

By following these steps, you can easily delete saved card details from your profile in the Client Portal.
