How to Quick Sign Your Forms

This article explains how you can quickly sign your forms as a staff member in Pabau.

Step 1: Navigate to Medical Forms

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Clinical section, where you can find the Medical Form Templates tab.

Step 2: Configure Signature Field 

When creating or editing a medical form template, ensure that you drag and drop the signature component into the form and then click to edit it.

When editing the component, click the Advanced Settings button to reveal more options. 

Select 'Employee' or 'Prescriber' to be able to quickly sign a form when prescribing or signing any form. Then, click 'Save component.' 

Step 3: Access Your Staff Member Profile

After you've added the signature component, navigate to 'Team' in the left sidebar menu and expand it to reveal the 'Team' tab. 

Step 4: Add Your Signature

Navigate to your employee profile to include your signature. To learn more about how you can include your signature in your profile, review this article. 

Step 5: Access Client Card

Navigate to the search bar at the top of the screen and type at least three letters of the client’s name to find the client card you want to write a form to.

Step 6: Write a Treatment Note 

Click the Create button, represented as a blue plus sign, in the bottom right corner to reveal the actions you can take in the client card, then, proceed to write a treatment note or prescription.

Step 7: Quick Sign the Form 

Ensure to select the form template where the 'Employee' or 'Prescriber' signature is added so the 'Quick Sign' button appears. Once you click 'Quick Sign' the signature that you have saved on your staff profile will be populated to the field. 

By following these steps, you can easily sign forms without having to manually sign each time.
