How to Manage Client Problems
This article covers how to edit or delete client problems in the client card in Pabau.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Search bar at the top of the page and type at least three letters of the client's name. Pabau will filter the results as you type.
Step 2: Switch to the Client Problems Tab
You can find the Client Problems tab when expanding the Chart tab in the client card.
Step 3: Edit/Delete Problem
To edit or delete a client problem, click on the three dots at the far right side of the problem. This action will reveal the options to edit or delete the problem.
Editing a problem is the same as creating a problem in the client card.
When you select "Delete," you will receive a prompt to confirm if you are sure you want to delete the problem permanently.
