How to Generate the Team Report

This article explains how you can generate the team report in Pabau.

The Team Report provides an overview of your team's performance, showing key metrics like the number of appointments completed, cancellations, and revenue generated by each staff member. 

Step 1: Navigate to Analytics

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the left sidebar menu, where you can find the Analytics tab. Click to expand it, and it will reveal 'Reports.'

Step 2: Generate the Team Report

Under the 'Business' section, you will find the Team pre-created report. Click on the report name to continue. 

Step 3: Adjust the Filters

If you want to narrow down your report, you can add and adjust filters to focus on exactly what you need.
In the Business Snapshot report, you can filter the data by location and time period. By default, 'This Month' will be selected. To edit the filters, find them at the top right corner of the screen.

In the screenshot below, you can see an example of the "Team" report.

Step 4: Review the Data

Once you've adjusted the filters, you can view the data you need on the screen.

These are some of the data that are displayed:

• Earnings: Shows how much revenue each team member has generated.
• Shifts: Displays the shifts worked by each team member.
• Performance: Highlights individual performance metrics like completed appointments and client feedback.
• KPI: Tracks key performance indicators to measure how well each team member is meeting targets.

Step 5: Print the Data

To print the data from this report, simply click on the 'Print' button on the top right side of the screen.

By following these steps, you can easily generate the team report.
