How to Generate the Stock Reconciliation Report

This article explains how you can generate the Stock Reconciliation Report in Pabau.

The Stock Reconciliation Report helps you check if your clinic’s inventory matches what's recorded in your system. It shows any differences between the physical stock and what's listed, so you can keep your inventory accurate.

Step 1: Navigate to Analytics

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the left sidebar menu, where you can find the Analytics tab. Click to expand it, and it will reveal 'Reports.'

Step 2: Generate the Stock Reconciliation Report

Under the 'Business' section, you will find the Stock Reconciliation pre-created report. Click on the report name to continue. 

Step 3: Adjust the Filters

If you want to narrow down your report, you can add and adjust filters to focus on exactly what you need.
In the Stock Reconciliation report, you can filter the data by product category, stock levels, stock type, supplier, and location. By default, 'All' will be selected for each filter. To edit the filters, find them at the top of the screen.

In the screenshot below, you can see an example of the "Stock Reconciliation" report.

NOTE: All of the changes made to the filters will be automatically reflected in the report data in the lower section of the screen. If you wish to refresh the data, click on the "Run" button in the top right corner of the screen. 

Step 4: Review the Data

Once you've adjusted the filters, you can view the data you need on the screen.

These are some of the data that are displayed:

  • Product Name: displays the name of the product 
  • Sell Price: displays the retail price of the product
  • GP%: Gross Profit Percentage, displays how much profit you're making from selling a product
  • Primary Barcode:  main barcode associated with the product
  • Qty in Stock: indicates the quantity of products currently available in your inventory.
  • Min: Shows the minimum quantity of products that should be kept in stock to avoid running out.
  • Max: Shows the maximum quantity of products that should be kept in stock to prevent overstocking.
  • On Order: Displays the quantity of products that you have ordered but haven’t yet received.
  • Buy Price: Indicates the price you pay to purchase the product from your supplier.
  • Value on Hand: Displays the total cost of the products currently in stock, based on the buy price.

Step 5: Print the Data

To print the data from this report, simply click on the 'Print' button on the top right side of the screen.
