Step 1: Open Your Online Booking Settings
Start by logging into your Pabau account. In the left sidebar menu, click on Setup, then select Online Booking under "Catalogue". Click the blue "Customize" button.

Step 2: Show Packages in Online Booking
In the "Customize" tab, uncheck the box labeled "Hide Package Purchase" so packages display to clients.
Step 3: Enable Online Purchase on the Package
In the left sidebar menu, click on Setup, then select Packages under "Catalogue".
Click the name of the package you want to sell online, then switch to the Availability tab. Turn on the "Enable online purchase" toggle. To let clients use promotional codes, also turn on "Allow promo codes". Click the "Edit Package" button in the top right corner to save.
The package now displays in your online booking portal. If you've created multiple packages for the same service with different session counts, clients can choose how many sessions they want to buy.
