Step 1: Navigate to Analytics
Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, go to Analytics, then click on the "Reports" button. On the "Try our new suite of reports" banner, click "Try it now" to open the new reports view.
Step 2: Find the Saved Custom Report
In the reports view, click "My reports" in the left sidebar to access a list of the custom reports you have created. Your custom reports also appear in other lists, such as "All Reports", "Favourites", and any folders you keep them in — you can delete a report from any of these lists.
Step 3: Delete the Report
Click the three-dot menu at the end of the report's row, and from the dropdown menu, select "Delete".
After selecting "Delete", a confirmation window will appear, reminding you that deleting a report cannot be undone. Click "Delete" to confirm, or "Cancel" to keep the report.
NOTE: Only the report's owner can delete a report. If you don't own the report, the "Delete" option won't appear in the menu.
Deleting a Report While Viewing It
You can also delete a custom report that you currently have open. With the report open, click the three-dot "More options" menu in the top-right corner and select "Delete". You will then be returned to the reports view.
NOTE: Deleting from an open report happens immediately, without a confirmation prompt, so only use this option when you are certain you want to remove the report.
